After the retirement of my business partner, I became the Managing Director and sole owner of a small Industrial Automation company employing 10 people. We specialise in providing systems for safety-critical applications. The business is well-established, and historically, much of our work has come through reputation, word of mouth, and repeat business from existing clients.
