Dorset Business Mentors deliver a high quality service with outstanding value, supporting you to transform and grow your business, charity or social enterprise at any stage of development.
If you own a business or are in a senior management role, when you request a mentor from us we will work with you to identify a match according to your aspirations, needs and personality. Your mentor will be selected from our unique pool of over 130 highly skilled Executive and senior business leaders across the county who are committed to supporting the resilience and growth of your business. He or she will provide 1:1 confidential support, acting as a trusted ally and sounding board, sharing knowledge and giving you the confidence to explore and try new ideas and to address opportunities or challenges.
Mentors provide their time on a voluntary basis; all we ask from you is commitment and a contribution from just £200+VAT for a period of engagement of up to 12 months. As a majority funded organisation this contributes to administration costs and mentor travelling expenses. Your contribution also entitles you to access exclusive complementary skills workshops which target developing business needs, as well as peer to peer networking events.
