Description of Contributions 2023-24  

Mentors provide their time on a voluntary basis; all we ask from you is commitment and a contribution, starting from just £200+VAT for a period of engagement of up to 12 months. What you pay depends on where your business is based and its turnover. As we are only partially supported by the local authorities, your contribution goes towards the administration costs and mentor travelling expenses. It also entitles you to access exclusive complementary skills workshops which target developing business needs, as well as peer-to-peer networking events.

The table below sets out our charges for the current year. Businesses operating within Dorset Council can benefit from a subsidy from the council which holds the cost at the 2022 level. Investec Wealth Management has provided some money to subsidise businesses operating within Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. This subsidy is being applied automatically on a first-come, first-served basis.
