Nature Travels

Bob and Sofia Carter of Nature Travels have become seasoned client mentees of the Dorset Business Mentors programme. Until 2011, in the foundational states of their specialist travel agency business, they had received business support from Business Link. When Business Link ceased Dorset Business Mentors was recommended to them as a suitable continuation, this also being the time when they made some big decision including moving the business from home to office premises in Wareham and taking on their first member of staff. They have since received the support of two sequential mentors who between them have helped Bob and Sofia as they developed steady growth and all that entails for Nature Travels while also maintaining the high level of personal customer service for which their agency prides itself. Throughout, their mentors provide a much valued third-party perspective on the challenges facing the business and Bob and Sofia’s personal roles as Director owners. They continue to benefit from mentor support today.
