What is Peer Networks?
Peer Networks is a national programme for SME leaders who want to grow and develop their business. The programme creates a series of peer network groups, each one consisting of 8-11 directors or managers from Dorset's SME business community who work together to help tackle each others ‘knotty problems’. Sessions are led by our experienced facilitators using the action learning methodology – a highly effective way of running peer networks. These peer networks will meet regularly as part of series of two or three hour sessions.
The programme is being delivered by Dorset Business Mentors in conjunction with the Dorset LEP and funded by the government. The aim is to help businesses recover from the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Dorset Business Mentors are pleased to be offering two groups focusing on specific challenges, Women in Business and Leadership and Management.
Who is it for?
Peer Networks is designed for business leaders who want to grow and develop their organisation for future success. Each participant will be able to focus on a critical issue facing their business in the group setting and receive additional dedicated one-to-one support and mentoring to take their learning forward.
